A five-unit boutique luxury rental — custom-home craft, in a multi-family form.

Maison's flagship completed development: a four-plex with rear laneway suite, designed and built within the City of Toronto's EHON as-of-right framework with development charges waived. The building delivers what conventional rental rarely does — large window openings, abundant natural light, private terraces, and custom-home finishes throughout.

Designed in collaboration with Veralinea Design Studio and built under the founder's direct construction supervision. This is not a typical rental building.
