A five-unit boutique luxury rental — custom-home craft, in a multi-family form.
Maison's completed flagship development. A four-plex with rear laneway suite, designed and built within the City of Toronto's EHON (Expanding Housing Options in Neighbourhoods) as-of-right framework. Development charges were waived under the program.
The building delivers what conventional rental rarely does: generous window openings that flood each unit with natural light, private terraces, open-plan living, and finishes drawn from luxury custom residential — not the developer-grade specifications typical of comparable rental product.
Designed in collaboration with Veralinea Design Studio, recognized for luxury custom residential work across the Greater Toronto Area. Built under the founder's direct construction supervision.
The Toronto Star profiled the founder's transition from luxury custom homes into multiplex development. Toronto Life included the neighbourhood in its "Where to Buy Next" feature on emerging Toronto neighbourhoods.
